This year, BEYANA continues its mission to uplift and empower widows within our community. The first recipient of support in 2025 is Mrs. Nkenyi Lindis a resilient widow and mother of four who has previously benefited from BEYANA’s outreach.
Recognizing the ongoing challenges she faces in providing for her children, a few compassionate individuals within BEYANA reached out to Mrs. Lindis to ask how they could support her this year. She shared that her small business was struggling to meet her family’s needs, and that receiving gallons of red oil would help her expand her trade and better sustain her household.
In response, BEYANA provided her with 203,000 FCFA to purchase the red oil she needed. Mrs. Lindis expressed deep gratitude for the timely support, emphasizing how much it means to her and her children.
Her story is a testament to the power of community-driven compassion and practical empowerment. BEYANA is honored to walk alongside women like Mrs. Lindis turning hope into action, one story at a time.
